Hi all i have installed an Alpine CDA 118m and a MC20 wireless remote,
All powered up ok and all voltages are good but the wireless remote keeps displaying no radio found.
so i can not go any further! As any body installed the CDA 118m with the MC20?
On the MC2O transmitter theres a red and black wires which i have connected into the 12 volt pos and neg all ok and checked with a digital multi meter ok, the 3.5 jack is plugged into the CDA 118m in the steering remote socket and thats it, is there any other connections that i should have made? all that happens is that the MC20 remote trys to pair then comes up with no radio found! the transmitter for the MC20 is only 12 feet away from from the MC20 remote, instructions are not that clear i have spent hours trying to get the MC20 remote to work! any body fitted one??!:huh:
