Help after snap in carpet removal

Hello just recently pulled out my snap down carpet in my 175 sport, sure makes cleaning up after 2 kids easier….. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has seen some plastic or rubber snap covers to go on the screwed in buttons on the floor now that the carpet is gone. I will probably remove them and fill them this fall but just was looking for something to cover them for the summer, already stepped on a few myself and that wasn’t fun. Thanks
