Good point, thought the "Help" gave it away, I need one!

Windshields are tough to find. eBay is a good place to keep checking. New listings pop up pretty regularly.

I assume this is curved tempered glass?

The sea Ray number is an an internal pert number. Usually not to helpful with internet searches.

There is also a Taylor Made part number imprinted in one of the corners of the glass. Give Taylor made a call and see if you can get that part number. It’ll help with your search.

They will make you a new one but expect to pay a few thousand for it once you factor in shipping.

I got a quote, beyond ridiculous for glass

I’ve been through it on a smaller scale. My center glass of the walk through windshield broke……..in 2017. I finally found a good used OEM replacement just last winter. For 4 seasons, I used a plexiglas panel for the center window.

You could make one as a temporary replacement. Make a template out of heavy brown paper and transfer that to the plexiglass.

Thanks, I have about resigned myself to that option. Not that bad for me driving, passengers are tired of the goggles!

Your window is an expensive window because of the large curve... and of course Taylor Made is very proud of their stuff. However, because of the curve, it might be near impossible to get plexi to work.

Ocean Dynamics is another source for a replacement window. It's still going to be pricey any way you look at it.

Thanks for the response, I spoke with Ocean Dynamics, are you sitting down? They wanted $11,000.00 to make the window. Over $2,000 to do it in acrylic. I see all the boats you have had, or have, parting any of them out? I hope I come across one.

Not uncommon for the insurance company to total a 22 year old boat just for a broken windshield

keep looking and be patient.

No, not parting anything out :)

Try googling for marine salvage yards - and just keep at it. It's a tough one, for sure.
