Did you have any resolution to this? What did you replace it with? I need to replace mine this week. No significant leak based on the fluids, but air entering from bad seal. Hard to turn the wheel and makes a squeaking noise when I do to either port or star. Going to replace the whole hydraulic pump and call it a day.

Thank you! Did you need ORB to NPT adapters? (male to female)I called sea Ray, they gave me the aftermarket part number, It is a SeaStar HH6541-3. Got it on Ebay for 550.00, Half the price Sea Ray Wanted...

The new helm comes with ORB fittings and the old with NPT. You will likely need an adapter to make the connections.
The old Seastars had NPT ports, the new helms are ORB-5 ports. You will likely need adapter fittings. Let me know how it works out.
Sea Star KIT FITTING ORB-5 MALE TO 1/4 NPT FEMALE...those are the ones I purchased.
I actually have not installed it yet, Boat is going in the water tuesday, I assume you can use the old fittings
