Helm chairs

I’ve got a pair of 2005 420 Sedan Chairs I removed to replace with new chairs instead of re upholstering.
They are functional but definitely need to be re upholstered.
Not sure what they are worth as is, make offer. A bit big and heavy to ship so local to Daytona Beach/St Augustine area I can meet part way.
