Hello, I recently found this site, wish I found it sooner. There is a lot of great information on the site. I have been a Sea Ray owner for a number of years. Started with a 21 foot cuddy, moved up to a 260 Sundancer which I just traded in and picked up a new (left over) 2006 320 Sundancer with twin 350 mag horizon w/V-drives. I took Delivery at the end of April on the South Shore of Long Island and had a great cruise home around Manhattan to the North Shore of Long Island. I am very happy with the boat, we are a family of four and the extra room when compared to the 260 is great. First time with a twin screw, taking a little time to get use to but the boat handles very well. I have been using the trim tabs to get the bow down a bit as she seems to ride a bit high at lower RPMs. Only real complaint I have so far is that I think you need to be a gymnast to get around the engine compartment. Checking the engine oil, tranny fluid and engine seacock is fine but to get to the Generator & A/C is not easy.

Anyway, look forward to being part of this forum and participating in its discussions
Thanks for the great information I have already taken from this site as a guest!

Wishing all an enjoyable & safe boating season!

Welcome to the board! Glad you've enjoyed it so far. There is one thing though... We like looking at pictures! So if you have any you'd like to share, post them in the virtual marina. We just love looking at new fiberglass!!

I one have one photo so far (maiden voyage!) and its posted in the vitual marine. I am sure there will be more to come.

Thanks for joining! Loved the coment about being a gymnast. I have come to notice the safe distance at whitch my legs will part and remain functional in the bilge is not what it used to be!

Enjoy the site!

Mike

Welcome to the board. There are a lot of 320 owners on the board, I have yet to hear one say theree was enough room in to move around in the engine compartment.

Welcome Aboard  . Post some more pics of your boat in the virtual marina :smt024 . The one there looks sweet

Marty, welcome. Lots of 320 guys here, and lots of former 320 owners like me who got hooked on crusing thanks to that boat. The engine room is indeed really tight. I bloodied my knuckles down there a couple times.

Again, welcome, and post away with question and concerns, opinions, and insights. that is what the forum is for.

regards
