Hello from the north shore of Long Island!

Hello. My honey and I just bought our first Sea Ray- a 2001 260DA. Owned and enjoyed a Celebrity ski boat for 16 years before this purchase. Very excited that we found a SeaRay with a generator, ac and a trailer- the only thing we didn’t get is a windlass. Hoping to grow and learn with this site.

Welcome aboard and nice looking boat. I owned a 2003 260DA for many years and loved it. Finding a factory generator on that model is quite a find - I have not seen many of those. There are a number of us here from Long Island on the forum and it's a great resource to learn and ask questions.

Oh, and you can always add that windlass if you really wanted to:

Welcome! I think you will find this forum a great resource to what ever you want to do with your boat. Lived on LI's north shore for many years, great place to boat out of.
