Does anyone know the height of a 03' 380DA from top of arch to bottom of props? Or has anyone had on shipped? I do not want to remove the arch to have it shipped. I think I was told 15' but don't remember.... not sure where to go to get this data or if it exists?

I had an 03 380 shipped and the arch was stripped but stayed on the boat.

I was going to purchase a 380 from Daytona and have it trucked to the other side of FL and was warned about removing the arch. Was told that in many cases, the arch does not go back on (fitment) properly. I could not get anyone to define "properly" but it was enough people warning me to get my attention. Not to mention the cost of trucking etc.

Not to scare you away, just maybe something to do a lil more research on.

from the keel to the top or arch is 12' - 7" then you add the rudder and prop under the boat still under 13'-6". we good!

I have trucked a 2001 380 three times and the arch has always stayed on. You will have to remove all canvas, radar and tv antennas and probably the props but it will fit on the right trailer . More than likely they will ship it backwards so the rudders will be in the lowest part of the trailer.
