I have been thinking about adding a heater kit to the boat for those cool mornings and evenings after a dip/ski. We have one on a 23 Malibu with 2 removable ducks and it works great. Has anyone installed one of these (HEATER CRAFT - Hydronic Heater Kits) on a sundeck, or any tips / recommendations. I found this on line - any thoughts?

We installed one about a year ago. It works fine; however, the only problem is since the engine temps are not that high the corresponding air coming out is not that "hot". It's really warm - and when you are trolling along at no-wake speed it heats up the cockpit fairly well. At speed, all that heat gets sucked right out, no matter if you have the ducts shooting straight at you or not. I have three ducts, one shooting at the windhsheild (for defrost), one at my feet, and one at the passerger seat on the port side.
