heat sensor ???

Hi guys I have a 1986 300 weekender velvet drives. While I was fixing boat I stepped on that heat sensor that comes off the top of trans. Does anyone know the part number or if they are specific sensors for them. I found this one for 70 bucks seems like it is what I need

I did the same thing on my 05 390. thought I was stepping on the plate. I have the ZF V drives and used this:

make sure you use a high temp sealant when reinstalling. I also soldered the ends of the old one back on, and keep it as an emergency spare in case I do it again. I was able to get the part #. off the old one, not sure if you can.
