I have a corner of my cabin headliner that has come loose. No signs of water and material is all in good condition, so I suspect the glue just got old. It is outside the head so maybe humidity from the shower is contributing.

I was thinking about using 3M 77 adhesive to put it back up, but I see there are a number of products on the market. Does anyone have good experience with any specific products?

I used 3m headliner adhesive on an old car i have. It did not hold up. Lasted about a month. I did use regular super glue on boat headliner piping and it lasted about 6 months or so. The Florida heat was its enemy. JC

Since it's just a corner, use the 3M. You'll likely have to keep redoing it. Heat, and humidity are the enemy of trim adhesive, and definitely headliner adhesive.
I run my A/C 24.7 and heat in the "winter" to keep the humidity down. Still get spots.
