With respect to getting the entire head area wet, what do people do when taking a shower? I have the curtain to cover the door. Do people cover the toilet? The cabinet door? There was a previous post where the cabinet gets a bit wet inside, and adding a gasket makes it impossible to close the door.

On our previous boat, we would put a large cover over the toilet (like a small cover for a gas grill), and the u-shaped curtain would cover the door and cabinet.

In the 260, is the head compartment designed so that the toilet is meant to get water splashed on it? What about water on the tank display and key for the system?

I guess with the small space anyways, the idea is to take a shower while sitting down, so at least the toilet is meant to get splashed.

Thanks,

Esteban

I just use it sitting down. I don't cover anything other than the use the door curtain as provided. I try and not spray the cabinet, but I have not had a problem with water getting into it. It works just fine for me.

HINT: Remove the toilet paper roll and put it in the cabinet first. I do make that small concession.

Shower on the swim platform. Much easier.
I don't have one like you have yet. It is on my wish list, but getting the boat paid off is Job 1 right now. Then maybe a swim platform is in the works. I also don't have hot water back there. And that is not even on my wish list yet.
