I was in a bar one night in Chicago with my sales guy and this woman came in just partying….sat beside me…. I said what was the occasion….she said I closed four reverse mortgages today…she said I can’t believe people sign those.... I made bank….she said let me buy you a shot….I said no thanks and changed seats with my salesman….they had a good time…. Then I gave him shit the next day

 

Are there any situations that would make sense for someone to take out a reverse mortgage?

 

No….. see I have done it to see for myself …I applied to Tom’s company..got the contract to read it ?..at the time my house was worth $500k…..and it was paid off…… Tom’s company offered $250k…..they own the house….my house ended up appreciating to $900k when we sold it this year…..that’s the scam….you could have taken out a second mortgage or a million other scenarios….

You don’t sell a house for $250k that worth close to a million…there were a dozen other scenarios with the contract where they take over owner ship of your home…. 0.25-$0.40 cents on the dollar….. tell me you couldn’t do better then that without getting fucked by Tom

 

I had a Piss one time at the Indy 500 beside grizzly Adams…. The guy towered over me and I am 6’1”….. I had the guy laughing taking a pee in a trough…that was a cool guy.. Tom is a scum bag …. Nothing more
