Battery came back today (Standard Horizon CNB-350) from the re-building place. Prompt service...week and a half. Once it gets charged and gets a good workout I'll report on results.
Been using the radio (HX 350S) for a few weeks and so far the $40 rebuild works better than the original (longer battery life). Company is called "Primecell" and they apparently rebuild rechargeable batteries from almost anything - electronics, tools, etc. So far: :thumbsup:
