Hailing Speaker mounted on Old GPS anntena pole?

Basically I have a old GPS antenna, its on a 4 inch pole on the top of my arch. I would like to find a mount to re use that short pole, and have a hailing speaker mounted up there. any ideas?

sure--buy a surface mount bowrail base piece(they make these angled and straight), use it upside down on the top of the 4 inch pole then try and utilize the predrilled holes to bolt the base of the hailer to.

Yea that could work, was looking for a cleaner solution.
