Well, after a long, and painful winter....the BBY is back together and we finally got to splash. I have to admit, I was quite nervous, but nothing leaked. Infact, not one drop in the bilge the whole day...I don't think that has ever happened. EVerything worked and went smoothly, though we did some thourough dock testing before heading out....Well here are some pics...Enjoy!

Same thing here MT........Gimmee a break with the 20 mph winds. cant even take off the shrink wrap, and sooooo much to do. Anyways, Congrats Blue...Enjoy and have cold one for me.

I hope those chikies went for a ride on your boat! You got sunburned didnt you.

Good for you Blew! I am glad you got to launch.

Tell me about the pulpit and anchor roller? Did you install a windlass?

Well we got in too. You've done a great job and she looks good.

I ended up replacing the batteries Friday afternoon. We had plans to head out for the weekend with my Cousin Brady and his new 320DA. I had the boat in for O/D and when they gave it back to me left the ignition switch on and it killed the batteries. The Service manager told me he'd pay for replacements, but I told the service manager I was planning to replace them this spring and it wouldn't be fair for me to accept that. I said a discount on batteries would be nice since I just didn't plan on replacing them then. Anyway he gave me a group 27 Interstate to replace one of the two I had in there. I then ended up running by Costco and grabbing two 6V golf cart batteries. I will have to reconfigure the wiring and I also bought new battery trays and hold downs. I was able to get the one replacement battery in on Friday night and we headed out Saturday in off and on rain to Pouslbo. It felt great regardless of the weather to get out on the boat.

Thanks for the compliments. Glad you made it in too! but haven't you already been on the water this year? I went with the Die Hard Platinum 31's well at least 2 for now, I haven't set the third battery in yet.

In answer to your first question, if your boat didn't have a stripper pole, or "a wakeboard tower" it seems as if the chickies didn't want much to do with my boat, plus I was way out done when the 40' Formula PC pulled up with a thumping sound system.....Ah well, at least there was plenty to look at ;)

The windlass and pulpit on her are factory installed. I don't know much else to tell you other than the windlass is a Benson unit. Idk any specs on it either and can't provide them as I'm headed out on a job currently.

Congratulations on a successful splash. Man, -3C (26F) here today and windy. So depressing to see all the ice still on the lake.

Nice ! Looking good.

Looks great Blew!! In the water too but not as lucky. Have a small leak somewhere I'm chasing. I guess I'll be pulling out this weekend to diagnose and repair.
