Mitchell Park Marinas office # is 631-477-2200 ext 400 10:00-2:00 on Monday.(Greenport) Call and make reservation.Sara or Donna. They are not there every day. 50.00 deposit holds the slip. Tell them your with the Club Searay group and ask to be near Saramee as I am already booked. Hope to see you there!

So far it's Dancing Dave and myself that have signed up. There's a big boat dock and a small boat dock. He's on the big, i'm on the small.

I'm arriving on the 6th, Dancing Dave is arriving on the 7th. We are both departing the morning of the 11th.

If you book 4 nights, you get the 5th night free.

Hey guys,

I'm wondering from my home port of Blue Point how long of a trip that would be. My family loves to go out to Claudio's and Crabby Jerry's during the summer and would love to visit by boat. I'm just thinking it would be too long of a trip in my boat.

Any thoughts?

You look to be a lot closer than me. I'm guessing by looking at google maps that it's about 40 miles, give or take... Not being a south shore boater, but looking at google, it looks like you can do it all without going outside into open water.

So it looks like a 2-3 hour boat ride accounting for slow areas.

I will see if it works with my schedule for next month.
I wont know until near the end of July.
The lack of boats in the sound, I doubt anywhere will be full up this year.

I would love to stop in for a night or two maybe on the 8th. or 9th.. We will be spending the week in Block up untill the 8th. I would love to meet up with other CSR members. Anybody heading over to Block before?

Unfortunitly I will not be in Block until Aug. 4 through the 8th. We are staying at Champlains, I know people either love it or hate it there because it is usually so busy and with the rafting. But traveling with with a 5 year old having the pool is huge. How is the island this year? I bet business is way off there.
We are on C dock 14 West, I thought I saw your boat at the end spot, I guess it was around G dock, welcome to Cove. Have you tried to get in in the past, I know Val told me she had one or two open spots in the 40+ range this year.

We are on the boat basicly every weekend, we live in NJ and come up Fri. untill Sun. night. We will be up this week Thurs. night for the fireworks, but we will be watching them from our friends house in Harbor View in Norwalk harbor.

Great to hear that this is coming together and thanks Jim for offering the Burgee.

I should have 1-2 other Sea Rays coming out with me. Hopefully Still Dreamin II and Someday Honey can clear their schedules and also attend.

We are leaving from SS3 in Lindenhurst.

We are good to go tomorrow. Heading on out to Greenport w/ 2 other Sea Rays (Still Dreamin 2 and Someday Honey).

We will be heading out of Fire Island Inlet and taking the ocean to Shinnecock and through the canal.

I have a delay also Mike, our great aunt past away a few days ago and our entire 2 week trip will be moved out 2 days, we will be coming in Friday.
