Green power light on breaker panel

My green power light on my breaker panel does light when I'm on shore power or generator. Everything else works fine. Is this a replaceable bulb, light or something else? Before I pull the panel I thought I'd see if I should know something about what's back there first. Thanks.

whole neon light is replaceable as single assembly.
