I'm referring to being within range of the GPS outage zone, not to being in the manly zone.

Perfect, they basically drew a red circle around 90% of where we go. And the signal will go out mostly late at night or early in the morning, just when a little confirmation from technology helps most. Thanks for the heads up!

And then they want you to call them and tell them that their jamming signal is working. Yeah, that's gonna happen.
