Agreed on that one, but, in every "controversial" thread there are always a few posters that wish to take it to an extreme low and sour the main point of the any thread. But does that mean the whole topic should be ignored, or just a few derelicts throwing monkey wrenches on the table?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I certainly respect that. However, are we as a community going to condone or support one's opinion when they must stoop to deragatory comments and postings to advance it? Call the derelicts out and have an educated debate. That is all I ask.

How is Gary's post derogatory? He didn't say anything offensive...just stated his opinion. Everyone is entitled to have one. Other posts were very offensive and over the line but how is this offensive:

Ill defend gay rights until I die, but thats a funny joke. Maybe you dont know many gay men or women, but thats the kind of joke my cousin or aunt would tell. You dont have to defend them in this respect.

I do find it odd that some of you are bothered by men kissing. I believe we went through this before with most of you against me in being gay as completely ok, as Gary cleverly pointed out quietly.

I dont see any difference between a commercial showing a man and woman vs. a man and man (woman and woman) but I guess I am younger than some here and maybe more in tune with the generation of accepting love as love, and not according by equipment.

I have been to Cherry Grove numerous times in my life (and family members being gay), and regardless of their lifestyle, are the same as you and I.

If it bothers ya'll so much, maybe ya'll need to check if it is possibly curiosity you are mistaking for disgust? :grin:

Dude... Taking the equipment factor out is ridiculous. You can "love" someone, even of the same sex, without showing the world you want to boink them. I have many "maie" people I love but I have no desire to lay naked next to them or have them put their tongue in my mouth. I'm fine with people doing whatever they want sexually between consenting adults... just don't show it on TV as it's biologically incorrect.

And before you jump on me, I've been involved in an employment lawsuit where a guy wanted to become a woman and so the insurance company put him there... He later wanted to be put back to being a man and sued the company for not recognizing he was an ill person and providing the right consoling. The company paid to put him back as a man... He now has one less toe... So don't tell me what is "right" and "wrong" because I've seen the same people argue both sides. I expect to be able to watch TV or go downtown without someone trying to shock the world with weird sh!t.

Equipment matters.... get a diesel.
