One of the longer that I have seen, thanks - I dont understand why I cant seem to find anything 6, 7 or even 8ft long. I actually found what they were calling professional and build your own, looked very good quality but almost $500 for a pole!
Also try to find a pole mount with a light for underwater - needed in New England under the boat, woudnt think that difficult

No there are not, most are 48" or less and none mount on the top - thx

Kind of wondering why a top mount is so critical. You can always flip the video in the editor, right?

Correct but it's easier to set the orientation in the GoPro's settings. It takes 2 seconds and then you don't have to do it when editing.

Thanks for the correction. Kind of makes the top-mount requirement even less important from my view.
