A buddy of mine bought 2 lead acid battery's last year in sept... then this year in April he replaced them with the glass battery's so he sold me both battery's for 100 bucks... I was wondering how long can I leave them on the trickle charger.... I've had my boat for 3 years now and have not changed the battery's yet... from what I have read people are replacing them after 3 years so that's why I bought them... when I put my boat in the water last week they started no problem held charge so I don't think I need to replace them yet... so now I have 2 back-up battery's... so my question is how long can they sit on the charger.... Or should I just sell them and wait til I need new battery's
