On my boat (2000 380AC ) the glomax tv antenna seems not to be getting power. The lights on the gain control don't come on and the tv says that the signal is low. There is not a separate circuit breaker on the panel. Is there possibly a circuit breaker elsewhere? Anything else I could check. Thanks.

Pull it out and see if you are getting power to the amplifier/gain control.
If so, call Glomex and get a replacement under their warranty.
If no power coming to the back of the unit, then you’ll have to work your way back.
You may be able to get a manual that includes a 12 volt wiring schematic on the SeaRay website,

On mine, there is an in-line fuse on the back side of the unit...maybe check that out first?

If someone has turned the knob to far in either direction, it is broken and no light. Ask me how I know. Happened several years ago. Called them up, sent the bad one back and had the new one in less than a week.

Bennett- I think that may have happened to mine as you can turn the knob and there is no stop. Now I just have to get back on the boat and do a little inspection. Freakin' corona virus :(

It should stop about 7 o’clock and about 5 o’clock. Sounds like it has been turned to far.

Guys, mine was busted too. Can't say enough good about them. I took a couple pictures and did some troubleshooting and they sent me a brand new Nashira model with the Auto Gain Control amp. Works like a champ. They also sent me a replacement rubber whip antenna for the oem one that cracked. Believe the warranty guy was named Richard. Very helpful. New AGC amp doesn't use the knob for gain control. Has coax power injector.
