Global Cooling

I've been asking why the Missoula ice dam melted 10,000 years ago. Surely man wasn't contributing C02 back then? The ice dam has built up and thawed many times over the last millenia proving some kind of natural cycle. I remember in the 70's they were predicting global cooling and we'd all be under a massive glacier covering North America!! :grin:
