Glass hatch leaks

What are you using to silicone hatch glass to frame?

Very often those leaks are actually the o-ring on the handle. Might try tightening the phillips screw in the handle. If it is the glass, someone will have a better idea of what to use.

A good glass to frame sealer is 3M Window-Weld Super-Fast Urethane sealer. You can typically find it at auto parts stores. I've used it on a friends boat around the windshield. Using painters tape along the glass and frame to control the sealer's edge when applying it is helpful and keeps the edges straight.
