No way a legit jury convicts. You have clear reasonable doubt given the amount of fentanyl in his system. Only way a jury convicts is if they are afraid of the reaction.
I hope the jury hears all the evidence and makes a unanimous verdict based on the evidence -- all of it.
I've been on three juries because I didn't come up with a BS excuse to get out of it like most of the others did.
But it's amazing how different things can be after you see ALL the evidence.
In this case the media did what they always do, which is to release part of the story before all the evidence is in, and a majority of people seem to make up their mind right away and refuse to change their mind even after seeing a bunch of evidence to the contrary.
Once the bodycam footage and the original autopsy were released, I saw a whole different story.
