Genset not Communicating with SmartCraft

Genset only communicates volts, temps, etc intermittently to Smartcraft. Tested connections at genny and Smartcraft, both appear good. Wiring diagrams not so easy to follow to find other junctions. Anyone have a similar problem and advice as to the next logical connection to check? Thanks.

Have similar problems with gen set readings. I have found that having the Smartcraft powered on before starting the gen set helps, but still get the problem just less often. My dock mate has a 2008 350DA and he can't read his gen set at all, MM claims that he doesn't have the latest version of Smartcraft firmware.

I have a similar problems.

The smartcraft read only one tank of fuel, but the analog can. The Sounder doesn't work, but the sounder on the Northstar do., and almost everything is the same.

I have a technician going to my boat next week.
