I own a 1995 Regal with a Quicksilver QS5.0 genset.
A year ago it wouldn't turn stay turned over and the yard that tried working on it destroyed the entire heat exchanger and exhaust manifold connections.
I have been looking for these parts with no luck and found this forum where a number of Searay folks seemed to have these gensets also.
I had a controller board repaired and updated so I know that was not the original issue. The yard said that my heat exchanger had become so corroded limited or no water flow was occuring to allow the genset to cool so it just kept turning off.
Appreciate your help in finding these parts.
