Gauge Problem

Anyone had any gauge problems. I have cats In my boat 410 Express,one temp gauge reads 185 and the other reads 200. If I go below in the engine compartment they both seem to read to 185. Water pumps are new coolant is all new and exchangers were all pulled and cleaned. Don’t know if I have a gauge bad or a sender.

Twin engine boat. Swap the gauges from side to side for comparison.
