Gas price Middle River

Ya, pleasantly surprised after seeing some paying around $4.xx. Oh and what a day on water today. Don’t get much better.

What was it last year? Self inflicted price increases.

At least you're on the water! Nothing like paying a buck per month for a slip starting May 1, but still on blocks

I saw something about that on another thread but it was not clear what happened, but I got impression slips in Boston expensive and rare. But seriously, in Boston you guys pay 1k a month. I gotta be reading this wrong.

Yeah that's basically the deal. Signed a lease starting May 1 ... $1000/month .... it's now mid-may and no launch date in sight. And the kicker is, there are locked gates to get into the slips so we can't even get down there and pretend the boat is there because I can't find anyone to get me a key.

This will be my first season with a "gasoline" boat (sailboat was diesel and I just filled it with 5 gal cans). What are the good fuel docs in Middle River? Any to avoid?

Paid $3.75 at Norman’s (for middle river boaters on here) then on way to Sunset Cove, passed Long Beach (Frog Mortar Creek) had $3.40. Norman’s used to be cheapest, be going LB next time. These are only 2 I use. Protected. All others subject to heavy wakes while trying to fuel.

Frankly, I can’t get over that for the thousands of boats in the Middle River area, we only have 4 fuel docks. Norman’s, Long Beach, Stansbury, Balt Yacht Club. That I know of.

Can’t complain about gas price, after that, we paid 3.50 a beer plus food at Sunset. I swear we spent as much in an afternoon of beer as putting 22 gallons in the tank.

When you put it like that .... people around here pay the equivalent of $20/gal for coffee at Starbucks then complain about gas prices.

Friday thru Sunday I spent $300 in “entertainment” (food and beer) which is long gone to the Dundalk waste treatment plant, and $84 in fuel (most of which is still in the boat). And peeps still complain about gas prices(thanks Joebama), really?

Thanks, I am up Frog Mortar at Parkside, so Long Beach is a good option for me.
