I'm considering that radar unit for my 4208. Looks like a good entry level radar to keep you from hitting a pole, boat or limited weather avoidance.
I might opt for a larger display than the GPSMAP 741xs but doesn't seem like a bad unit.[h=1][/h]

I installed it last year on my boat.
I like it.
Even though it is a 7'' screen I have no problem viewing it.
I bought the G2 Vision card on eBay brand new for $90.00 which is a nice upgrade.
They all pretty much do the same features. It comes down to what you want to pay and how big a screen do you want.

I have that unit on the boat I am selling. I really liked it, but kinda small. The next one I'm getting is the 7610. I think you would like it much more. Except the price...lol

I put the 741xs on my boat because everyone told me not knowing these waters it would be a good thing. We absolutely love it! The screen is very bright and automatically dims based on the amount of light. I got the Jacksonville to the Keys and the Bahamas chip right away and then just recently got the Jacksonville to Carolina's chip. I love how it can grow with you and you can set it up on your NEMA2000 network and control everything for the screen or your tablet or phone. I'm going to get the Sirius Weather package which I believe includes the SiriusXM music also.
