I'm have a issue with my new Apollo and I want to reach out to any other owners just to see if it is just me.

I have no output at all. It connects to my Bluetooth and to FM, it shows the song playing and time remaining. Just no sound. Speakers are new and were working fine. It's like it is muted it's not I checked that.

I did have a issue with the power plug, it was just loose. When I hit the wires it would shut the unit off.

I got the unit from BOE new. I just don't want call and bug them if this is something I'm just missing. I love the unit when it is working.

Did you verify in the settings the zone(s) are on and the maximum volume isn't turned all the way down?
If you are using amplifiers is there power to them?

No amp and yes they are wired to the unit.
I've checked the zones and everything is turned up.

I’ve noticed a similar issue and I believe my problem was it was still connected to a different BT device (my iPhone) etc
You need to turn the old device BT off for it to connect to whatever you want to stream.

I will try that this afternoon but wouldn't the radio still work?

I also wonder if the Raymarine eS might have something to do with all this even tho it is off

There is a setting to turn off the internal amplifier. Check to see if that is turned off, it would perform as described if it is.

I cleared the Bluetooth and then reconnected just my Spottify from my phone. It connected, no sound.

I will try the internal amp tomorrow
