Spent another weekend on Lake Texoma. My kiddo demands a lot of attention...Figured I would just throw him around a bit, I will feel this tomorrow...

My g'kids loved horsing around like that - that is till they got too big for me to lift. Then I'd squat a bit and make a step by intertwining the fingers of both hands, they'd grab my shoulders, step into my hands with one foot, jump up with the other as I raised my arms and up they'd go. A little easier on the old bod.
