Fuel Tank

I have a 1975 srv 200 that I got out of a barn after it sat for many years. I took out the gas tank and it is pretty scaly plus it has a hole in the side of it. I am wondering if anyone knows where I can source a replacement similar to the original one or if anyone has any ideas for putting a different tank in.

Your tank may have been made at Florida Marine Tank in Hollywood, Florida, or Henderson,N.C. they made a lot of Sea Ray tanks, try Daniela @ 305-620-9030 x 330 she helped me with a 1987 390 tank information, she can help you out if they made it have your serial# and Model# and so on ready super nice people they are still in Business...

Where are you located? You may have a local tank fabricator who can make one up for you to either match the current one or make it to your specs.
We had a 60 gallon tank made up for a 22’ boat about a year and a half age. There are two fabricators within 10 minutes of us.
Just to give you an idea: Their pricing here on Long Island NY (fairly pricey area) was $8.00 a gallon with a $200.00 minimum charge and included all fittings and sender.
