26 SLX The fuel guage is not properly calibrated. Tank full but guage reads 3/4. It is under warranty but I wondered if there is a simple adjustment rather than going to the dealer

If your boat uses smartcraft gauges you can calibrate fuel system gauge/sender, but you have to start from empty tank. Is fuel tank size set-up with correct capacity within smartcraft?

I do have the smartcraft gauges but have no idea whether or not the dealer set them up properly and frankly I'm not about to run it out of gas to try and calibrate it. If that's my only alternative I'll leave it to the dealer to fix it. Thanks for the information:thumbsup:.

There is a simple adjustment. First verify the correct tank capacity is entered into the system then when you have your tank full tell Smartcraft that it's full. This is done on the calibration screens of Smartcraft. You should have rec'd a operation manual for your Smartcraft and you may as well get familiar how it works. You might want to change other settings someday.
