Fuel Cooler White Paste?

Does anyone know what the white paste is between the bracket and the fuel pump and fuel cooler? And if you know what it is where can I get some. It almost looks like the paste that sits between the cooling fan and the computer processor/chip in a PC. Some sort of heat transfer paste?

Yes heat transfer paste. I bought some at Best Buy

To be honest, my experience with that cooler is not using the paste at all and using washers to keep the case separated from the mount with an air gap. The water does it's job, but the mount is located in a hot area of the engine and actually heats up the case from what I have seen.
