Potable water runs strong for COLD faucet at sink and head. Only a light stream comes out of the hot faucet or a combo of both (actually get a spurt when I first open the hot faucet). The pump kicks on and cold water runs strong.

Are there separate tanks for the cold and hot water? Do I fill up separately? Again I can hear the pump running, but very little pressure.

Any suggestions would be very helpful!

the hot water is stored in the hot water heater until called for by the faucets.....the hot water heater is automatically filled from the fresh water tank as long as the plumbing is routed and performing correctly...if you are not getting any hot water first make sure the hot water breaker in the electrical control panel is on....it will take around 15 mins for the water to start getting hot in the heater....you will also have to either be on shore power or on genny power for the hot water heater to heat the water as it takes 110VAC power....the fact that you get very little pressure from the hot water side has me thinking either the plumbing between the fresh water tank and the hot water heater may not be routed properly or you have some type of restriction in either the incoming water supply to the heater or in the outgoing line from the heater....

also, if your hot water heater is not getting water inside you don't want to keep the breaker turned on for long....if the breaker is on and the tank is empty the heating element in the heater will be energized all the time without cycling on and off when the water would heat up and cool down based on the thermostat inside the heater....this would likely cause the heating element to burn out fairly quickly....you need to determine if there is water in the heater or not....

I have heard of HWHs getting air locks in them. I know nothing about this as I have never had this issue. I have seen the method of how to over come this somewhere on this website. Maybe someone will chime in and refresh my memory.

Is this a new issue (has been working previously)? Is this the first time the system has been used since winterizing?

Try this: Turn the system on, then open the expansion valve (flip lever up till it stays by itself... sticking straight out) at the hot water heater (same exact thing as your hot water heater at home). Follow the overflow hose to where it exits through the side of the hull. When water flows out of the thru-hull, close the expansion valve. Then retry the system as normal.

Also, if it was winterized... check to see that the expansion valve isn't already opened.

FYI, there's good information in your manual about the fresh water system and heater. It probably says, in order to fill the heater, to just open a faucet and let it run till a good stream comes out (purging air). That can work - but I've found it easier (more reliable) to use the expansion valve.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I will let you know what the result is. Hopefully its a cheap easy fix.

I had a similar issue with my 370.
I checked for a pressure issue from my water heater ..... nope.
I found that the issue was as simple as the transom shower was all the way over on hot and was barely on. Turned the mixer to the middle and turned faucet completely off. Problem solved.

Check the cold water inlet on the water heater for a check valve. If it has lime build up it could be restricting the inlet flow. My heater has a built in internal check valve just inside of the inlet to prohibit reverse flow.
