Fresh Water Pump Upgrade

Has anyone upgraded to a larger or better pump? stock one on the 380 has ok pressure but would like something with a bit more push. any recommendations?

I read Frank's post about the larger boats with 2 fresh water pumps. the 380DA only has a single pump system. my friend replaced his on a 330EC with a new Surflo 4 gpm / 50 psi with a smart sensor. Works great but not sure if it is a recommended application.

The 380DA has only one pump, so go for it...........take a look at the Surflo website for marine applications....the new pump must be ignition protected.......look for automatic demand pumps.

My experience is that the volume of flow affects us more than low pressure. Your existing pump is a 3.3 gpm @ 45 psi pump which should be adequate pressure, so I'd look for something more than the 3.3 gpm pump you have.
