Hi All
This will be my first year with a boat that is slipped. With my 20-footer, I would trailer it and hook up the rabbit ears both before and after the trip—before to make sure everything was good and after to flush the salt water out of the engines.
On this 280, the water intake is on the outdrives—my goal is to change that to thru hull but one-challenge at a time.
With this boat being in the water full time, I would like to at least be able to flush the engines after trips.
How can I accomplish this?
Thanks all.
37 more days until spring, splash down April-1.

Without a plumbing change, you can't get there from here. This is what I had done. This was after the through hull was just installed. The faucet valve has since been replaced with a larger ball valve, and a strainer has been added.

Nice and clean there Henry! Good job on the bilge. It sure looks easier to keep clean than my ER though! I need to hire a 10 year old to crawl around and get into the tight spots for me! (wait, that doesn't sound like a bad idea...)
