Fresh water flush connection?

Does anyone have a link or a part number for the adapter that hooks up to your garden house to flush out the engine of salt water?

Boat is a 2007 SR 185 Sport

This may be a silly question, but how much water preasure do you use when flushing (the engine!:grin?
