I have been having problems with Lowrance sonar viewer running on windows 7. In my search for a program to open sl2 files I found a great resource, It's called Undersee Explorer. Using data from your Lowrance or Humminbird you can generate your own depth contour map in real time with a laptop aboard or after the fact with an SD card. You have to pay to export data but you can create and save map projects for free. You can then print them using MS paint.
