Here are a few photo's of the Lake Michigan salmon tournament we fished this past weekend. We ended up winning the Big Fish division with a 29.70lb master angler king salmon. We also won the amature division with a total combined weight 10 fish/day of 332 lbs. It's been the most phenominal salmon fishing I've ever seen in my 25 yrs of fishing the Great Lakes.

Congratulations, that is a fantastic outcome. A day to remember. Nice to see so many two year olds and a four year old like that. I think this will keep up for a few years. Those two year olds will all be big kings. They are pounding them here on the lower part of the pond too. They are starting to move in shore.
Keep up nice work!

We were in Frankfort on Thursday and Friday, staying at Jacobson's. I remember walking by your boat in the evening. Congrats!

Congratulations!!! What a small world!!! The second photo was either taken by me or my admiral. We were the couple that took the photos of you and your friends at the launch and cleaning station. Thanks for the salmon; it was great! We grilled it on the boat, and put it over noodles from "The Fusion" followed by grilled peaches and ice cream. I have met the nicest people from this site, and now unknowingly, until after the fact. Congrats and thanks again, MonacoMike

Thanks everyone!

Hey Mike! What a small world. Thanks so much for taking our pics. As you can see they turned out great and I'm glad the salmon was tasty. I sure hope you had plenty. If not, stop by Bay City and pick up some more.

It was great to meet you and your wife. We have stayed in Jacobsons every year until this year. I love the pool and hot tub and location. We just happened to pick up a dock at the City marina last weekend so I left the boat there for the week. Plus, the big guy in our pics has a messed up knee and I knew he would have trouble dropping down to the boat from the docks at Jacobsons. The city has floaters that makes getting in my 268 a lot easier.

Hope to run into you guys again soon!
Bob
