A small soft spot caught my attention in the Head floor. This means sub floor rip out .
About 18 years ago I installed a Marble tile floor witch held up quite well ( Till now )

I’ve told my brothers not to leave standing water on deck in the head. Won’t listen. Now they’re ripping sub.
