After two years of looking for the source of water getting into the cabin and getting the carpet all wet in front of the galley was not from rub rails, windows, ect....it was from a screw from installation when my Weekender 245 was built in 2003 had penetrated the hull and after we soda blasted the bottom paint off you could see the tip/end of the screw from under the hull! So we were able to ground the tip down and complete the fix and she was water tight for the remainder of this summer. Love my boat all over again.....
