I don't think I actually introduced myself 2 weeks ago...well here goes..

I'm Larry born and raised in Miami, Fl and just purchased a 2007 240 Sundancer and will take delivery on March 24th. Glad to join the family. :thumbsup:

I live just northeast of Kendall. I will be going to both Black Point Marina and Matheson Hammocks. I wont have to buy a boat ramp pass because I work for the county parks and recreation and we also own the marinas. However, I cannot use my official position within the county to secure a wet slip. :smt009

Can't get a wet slip, that's good old Dade County for you.

I grow up on one of the lakes (Rock Pits :grin: ) off Miller Road and 87th Ave. Would have been NorthWest of Kendall. Left Miami in the early 80 and only been back once or twice . As a kid I would ride my bike to Matheson Hammocks all the time. Is the big swimming lagoon still there? May have to Google view it just to see what it looks like now.
