This system was fully functional when it was removed in March 2020. I retained the drive unit and rudder position sensor with my MY 390 and only replaced the Autopilot system and Control Unit. The Raymarine rudder position sensor has not changed; it was the same for the new Autopilot as my old one. So I left it place to avoid having to recalibrate a new one. The hydraulic drive unit would interface with the new Autopilot system as well so we did not need to replace it.
