Flush nothing...

This weekend I hosted my college engineering senior son and about 15 members of his "posse".

After their collective departure, there was a malfunction of the vacuflush system that I attributed to improper use of the system by one of the female guests. Although that turned out not not to be the problem, it spurred me to ask my kids to make an appropriate sign for the bathroom. The winning entry is below, and will be laminated and posted on the door.

Perhaps it will convey an appropriate message.

Was it something easy to fix?

Yes, just some flotsam in the toilet ball. Cleaned up easily, fortunately. We went up last night and spent the night, spent most of today cleaning up from the carnage wrought by the marauding hoards of twentysomethings. Relatively light damage. One polycarbonate glass, a windproof lighter and two of the three grill grates went to Davy Jone's locker. A kid's Barbie life jacket was sacrificed to convenience. Not too bad, all things considered.

We went up last night and had dinner on the boat. We watched the "light show" from the TRWs and enjoyed the sound of the rain...and rain....and rain
