Prams are pretty stable little boats, and are often rated for 3 or 4 persons due to their boxy design. I am not sure where the "stupid" is in this story. Is there something special about Highlands NJ waters that we don't know? Like they took it into the ocean a couple miles?

Stupid part comes in , is when you flip your stable 9" pram over. Perfect example of " this guy should have bought his 2nd boat first"

Well, considering Gert just right hooked and left the ocean kinda rough for the bigger boats.

I'm wary about taking my 25 footer out there some days......
