Fix photo rotation issue

I know @CSR_Admin is a busy guy , but maybe he could advise if this fix is possible with the current version of the forum software.

Like Brad found... This from a XenForo developer on their forum: "Current versions automatically do rotation based on EXIF data in the image. That is, provided the PHP EXIF extension is installed on the server."

My intent wasn’t to have a Apple vs Android argument. The fact is that when I moved from a flip phone to a smart phone I didn’t like how the Android OS worked and was very different by how the hardware maker implemented it. I picked Apple, and am now heavily invested in that ecosystem. Within my immediate family we have 4 iPhones, 2 iPads, and an Apple Watch. Everyone in my extended family has made their own choice to use Apple. For me to switch to an Android device would be very painful. I sort of did that with Kindle Fire tables for my kids and I did not like the underlying Android-based OS.

All that said, IDK if the photo rotation issue is due to a quirk of iOS or it’s a more general problem. What I do know is it affects the usability of this site which I love. There seems to be a way to fix it and it would be great if it could be remedied.
I can so relate to this. Had a 12 yo flip phone, then in September my daughter gave me an iPhone 11. I love it. That’s why I always on this sight(besides watching mobile Law & Order). Daughter and me have apple, son and wife have android. I find Apple more simple, wife’s phone confuses me.
