ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - MyFoxPhilly has learned that seven people were in a fishing boat that sunk about 75 miles east of Cape May, N.J. on Tuesday morning.

Officials say one person is dead and four people are missing. Two people are being taken to local hospitals.
One of the survivors is alert, while the other was reportedly unresponsive but with vital signs.
Aerial footage from a facility in Atlantic City International Airport showed what appeared to a body being loaded into a medical van.

Coast Guard Petty Officer Chris McLaughlin says the Lady Mary, whose homeport is Cape May, sank around 5 a.m. about 65 miles off Cape May.
MyFoxPhilly has learned that the boat is currenlty underwater.

Did a quick search and found this - wonder what happened which could take out a commercial boat of this size?
